| Yes they do. We provide 12 month warranty on all Huron machines we install. This includes parts and labour. |

| All standard Ridder machines can cut carbon fibre. Please contact us so we can assess what size machine you will need. |
| Can Fortron arrange Finance on my machine purchases? |
| We have good relationships with many finance companies offering competitive terms on purchase or hiring agreements. We can recommend some to you in order to assist you with funding your purchase. |
| Can I re-cycle the water from a water jet machine? |
| Sorry No, the waterjet head always requires
clean pure water. It can only be used in the catcher tank to raise & lower the water level. |
| Is it possible to have onsite training with the delivery of a machine? |
| Yes. We can provide onsite training if arranged prior to delivery of your machine. |
| How long would it take to re-build our existing machine? |
| Standard 12 weeks, however you will get a more accurate quotation when we inspect the machine. |
| Can Fortron provide preventative maintenance contracts on Huron machines not purchased from them? |
| Fortron are able to provide maintenance services including preventative maintenance agreements on any Huron product no matter how old or where it was acquired. |
| What is an estimated delivery time on a Ridder machine? |
| As machines are custom built this depends on Ridder production. But
around 4 months is normal. |
